If I select a Bigfoot for Life address, will my existing email address still work?

Your Bigfoot for Life address is your "virtual" email address and your original email address (where Bigfoot forwards your email) is your "existing" email address. If you receive mail at yourname@domain.com ("existing" address), you will still receive mail sent to that address. We do recommend, however, that you give friends, family and colleagues your new Bigfoot for Life address so that you'll never have to worry about missing another email.

What are the advantages of sending mail through my Bigfoot address?

Bigfoot is in the business of ensuring quick and secure email delivery. Bigfoot's solid email infrastructure makes Bigfoot a consistently reliable platform for successful forwarding of your email.

Why can't I send mail through Bigfoot's SMTP server?

The Bigfoot for Life feature currently does not allow users to send mail through it. Mail that you send must be delivered through your "existing" SMTP server. (Please see below for more information on configuring your current software package for use with Bigfoot.)
